Question by lynn m: Has anyone had any experience with a home established business connected with The Results Group?
They claim to build a website and teach you how to advertise for Amazon and earn referral money! Amazon denies it. The Results Group has a poor Better Business Bureau rating in Phoenix, Arizona.

If BBB says they have poor rating, then you want to stay away from it, it is more than likely a scam.

Question by : Is there a law to protect people against Internet harassment ?
Just curious – but is there a law to protect people from being harassed on the Internet, by way of threats or slander ? I was thinking about the 13 year old girl in Missouri who killed herself after a fussed fabricated a my-space page she used against the unsuspecting victim. The line that got to me, that she wrote to the young girl was “the world would be best off without you”. I’m not for censorship but I’m big on responsibility when freedom of speech is abused and used to hide behind, to damage others. Your thoughts ?

I don’t know about a law but i agree with you. I think the adult should be held accountable for her actions. I am not for censorship either but when it affects others negatively things should be done. Shame on that woman. Was her husband or family aware of what she was doing? Is so then they all necessitated to be held accountable as swelling for not putting a stop to it.

AdviceWatch.org Provides The First All-Field Advice Watch

The award winning Advice Watch logo and seal.

San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) November 11, 2010

Advice is an energy that attracts many undesired elements into its ain general equation. Everything from populating wanting attention or acceptance to salesmen in “consultants” clothing at the expense of unsuspicious persons receiving big advice. And it doesn’t takes a genius to determine that no advice is better than big advice, and no advice can yet be better than second-rate advice. “There are literally too many advice websites to number and too many unentitled people giving advice…” explains founder Chad Vice of the Advice Watch by Advice Star… …”There are besides persons highly qualified to infect advice about a topic or possibly a few topics, but not about others; however leap correct into reding on such topics.” Thus, there necessitated to be an advice witness.

But why has there never been an all field advice watch? Well in some fields, such as sound, medical, and accounting, the “advice watch” is the licensing body. Hence, you can not infect sound advice without being an attorney; you can not infect aesculapian advice without being a licensed physician, and so forth… But what about those who infect advice about other topics in which one does not necessitate to have any license? Why isn’t there an entity that recognizes outstanding contributions of advice in recognition of the advice itself by means of the style, thoroughness, and unhidden motives? What about those who do in fact necessitate a license to infect advice as far as the content of the advice, but their style of giving such advice is meriting of recognition of being truly full or not so good…?

Part of the reason may be because of the fear for lawsuits such as defamation of character. But the new Advice Watch by Advice Star has a solution… Be an advice watch, but do so positively. The idea is that those websites and individuals who are recognized at the Advice Watch website are there for a reason… They give great advice without whatever apparent ulterior motives within the advice itself. Those who are not have not “yet” been acknowledged by the Advice Watch. The Advice Watch page located at: http://www.AdviceWatch.org is presently in beta stage and encourages anyone to supply advice tips on how it should function in order to supply the better availability of advice, complimentary and open of ulterior motives.

The Advice Watch by Advice Star is not an advice website, but rather primarily supplying turn watch listing pointing to other advice related websites. It does not try to confine one within its own site or community, but really consistently refers to other advice pages and sites. This encourages other sites to strive at providing better advice and formats for giving advice or tips in order to be recognized and linked to.

The Advice Watch by Advice Star is also seeking to award “Advice Star” awards to individuals, websites, and other entities that provide presenting winning advice or tips on any topic. A custom made plaque and certificate with the Advice Watch seal is given to those who are awarded such to display at home or place of business. A website is not necessary to receive the award and recognition. Anyone tin nominate, and anyone tin submit sites and individuals for evaluation. The Advice Watch is also in the process of developing a site seal that can be displayed on websites that passing certain criteria of providing professional advice or tips at such site.
